A+++ customer service does not even do this review justice. I was moving to the Houston, TX area, and planned on purchasing a used Travel Trailer from another dealer in the area. I was assured that the unit was “just as good as the pictures showed.” That was not the case. It was 4pm on a Saturday, and since my previous deal fell through, I didn’t know where else to turn. Joe and his crew went above and beyond. I called and talked with them over the phone, and they gathered information of what I was looking for, price range, and financing, to take delivery THAT DAY since I had planned on staying in it, and already had a pad at a local resort. They were able to get me into a brand new 2017 unit, in my price range, but it would not be ready for delivery on Saturday because of the inspections (and it was 8pm once everything was signed and done.) They offered to pay for my hotel, and came in on Sunday morning and got it ready, and delivered it to my pad, hooked everything up, and showed me how to work everything!! They even came out on Tuesday with some parts I needed for the sewer, for free!. Best customer service ever! I wish all dealerships were like this! - Justin

We’ve had an RV for years, but they really did everything they could to help us through the process and ease our minds. Not once did I feel rushed or pushed into something I didn’t love. I was sold when I saw the RV of my dreams and then they just kept making it better, giving us a starter pack. Ted has been nothing but professional and friendly the whole time and very accommodating to my husband which is active duty military and he also works in the civilian world on the weekends. I had gone to 2 other places including Holiday World and had no luck getting approved with low credit but Zach at RV Station got me approved the same day. Got approved on a wednesday and they offered to deliver it for me that same Friday . Definitely a place to recommend. - Jose
These guys are just amazing. Especially Orlando because he takes great attention and he has complete details about how my RV was his and he won’t let anything get substandard and that signage should read Orlando’s Rv Station!!! - Christia
I called them for a part and they held it for me. It was a 30 amp replacement power cable. When I got there, I described my problem to them a little more. The parts manager told me I didn’t need the part I asked for and told me to use another part instead, saving me $80! Now he could have sold me the more expensive part and I would have been none the wiser but how many places do you go now that put the customer first? Not many. I would go back to them in a heartbeat. - Louise
These folks are really wonderful. I was truly in a bind as I was headed out of town and Tom, the Service Manager came to help, on his own time. I went by a week later and thanked them and they helped me again. Such a terrific experience, I highly recommend them. - John
We were looking for a specific travel Trailer and Ted Loney went out of his way to find it for us and made a quick turn around on it. This has been our fourth RV Purchase and Ted and RV Station did the best out of all the dealerships we have ever been to. Differently would not go to another dealership again. - John
I can’t speak highly enough of Terry and his staff at RV Station Tyler. Very knowledgeable about the products they sell. As others have said not pushy at all. Let you take your time on your own and look as much as you want. Buying process was very pleasant and non stressful. Walk through with service mechanic was awesome and he answered all of my questions and gave us all the time we needed. They could not take my motor home as a trade-in but put it on their lot on consignment and sold it for me and handled all of the selling paperwork. Having been our first RV purchase we did not know what to expect…what a pleasant surprise! Terry Marshall and his staff were so welcoming and professional. They showed us the coach we came to look at, explained all the features, schooled us on how the various systems worked, and took us on a comprehensive test drive. No pressure at all. Totally understood that we needed a few days to think about it and look at some more coaches. Negotiations were pleasant and an agreeable price was reached quickly. Paperwork was prepared quickly and well explained. The coach was made ready and delivered expertly and on time. Expert training on all the systems was provided and all our first timer questions were answered without regard to time or level of expertise. We left as confident RV owners. Well, we bought our second RV today and I wish I had purchased our 1st RV from RV Station. Terry and June are the BEST! Even the shop guys are a pleasure to talk to. Everyone is happy to stop what they are doing to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. At no time during the whole process did we feel pressured, in fact, it was the most relaxed and pleasurable experience we could have possibly had. Terry and June answered emails into the late eve way past business hours too. Who does that?

Stayed at the RV Station Resort for two months. Friendly staff and great environment. Daily, weekly and monthly rates were all economical and included WiFi, cable, electric, shower access and standard hookups. Lots are all clean and maintained. Playground for the kids and pool in summer. Easily on of the best places to stay in an RV in the Texoma area. - Inem
We finally got the trailer we were looking for…… the fist trailer we bought we were unhappy with. Went back over and the sales representative hooked us up the a new palomino. We took a long camping road trip and I must say we are a happy campers. Just got back from several camping trips and the maintenance guy Eugene called to let us know the back to our couch was in. This man is so knowledgeable I must give him and the new trailer a perfect rating.. - Debbie
Took my 2018 Bunkhouse Rv, got in and out in a day. Work was done right and professionally. Had a problem with my rv and called them to see if they could give me advice on what it was,10 minutes later boom rv fixed. The wife is happy so everyone is happy. Definitely gonna keep my business with the good folks at Rv station. P.s. the salesmen there were awesome. Were thinking about upgrading to a bigger rv in the future and had no problem with the salesman there. It was 5 o clock and they were taking their time showing us around and telling us the different features each rv has. Really want to go buy my next rv there. - Dario

My wife and I purchased our 2104S Rockwood from RV Station in Nacogdoches, TX in August 2019. I live just under 400 miles from this dealership. I searched the internet and deals in my surrounding area for this trailer. I reached out to Harry at the Nacogdoches dealership about the unit on his lot. He answered all my questions and I had many questions. I was able to negotiate the sale of the unit completely online. I remember telling Harry if I’m going to travel 400 miles for the trailer, this had better go right with no surprises. Harry greeted me when I arrived and walked me through the trailer, and all was as promised. I remember Harry stressed we strive to take care of our customers before and after the sale. We were very pleased with their service. They fixed our Jaco RV even though they didn’t sell that brand. we were traveling and had an issue with our RV and stopped there, and they fixed it, and didn’t charge us anything. - Yolanda
Great service had slide toppers installed on my 374BHS they always go above and beyond,had one issue with warranty clam after talking with the GM Cannon it was quickly taken care of.

We took our RV in for service today and Caleb and his crew were AWESOME! They actually fixed our problem while we waited. Everyone there was super nice. I would have no problem recommending them and we will certainly use them again if our RV needs repairs.

During my market research for a new RV and with no experience, Rv station Katy was the only dealer that responded to all my questions and my requests. Mr. Ted Loney really went above and beyond despite of my hectic schedule, he made everything possible to accomodate all my request. This was the only dealer that gave me the best offer. We are a first time RV owners, Mr Ted went step by step to make sure we understood the RV functions, set up, safety, offers and how to get discount with RV Parks camp grounds. This is by far one of my outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. Ted is a marine veteran, I expected superior performance, honor and commitment. And he surpassed my expectations. We went to visit RV Station on a Saturday and met Ted. We had visited all the other big box RV stores and we’re not impressed with the salespeople. Ted, Kirby and all of the staff at RV Station, Katy are awesome. Our walkthrough with Jesse was amazing. He took his time and explained everything and being that we purchased a used unit he has taken the time to check up on us. Which is most appreciated.
I have an update to this post. We had some mechanical issues on the coach, and being new to the “glamping” life we called Ted at RV station. We were stuck in Lufkin TX and needed a Mercedes Benz dealer to help us. Ted took the time to locate a dealer in Tyler to get us back on the road. Mind you, Ted could have had the attitude to say, you bought it as is. But, he went out of his way to call the dealer and see if they could take care of us. The dealer did call us and took care of us and got us on the road to Branson, Mo.
I will always wonder if a used (new to us) big box camper store would have gone through this much trouble to take care of us as Ted did.

I was looking for a particular Lance 4 seasons model about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the options I wanted due to in between model years so I decided to wait. I received a call from Ted Loney, the GM, and he told me that they had a brand new Lance model came out and he had it on the lot with all the options I wanted. It was a little bigger than I had originally planned but decided to go see it anyways.
I was immediately impressed with the Lance quality but even more so with Ted’s knowledge and professionalism. He sold me on it immediatly.
In what should have been a 2 day process, I had complications from my recent knee surgery and was hospitalized. So a 2 day deal turned into a 3 month ordeal.
In the process of being hospitalized and not being able to really function, Ted and RV Station not only stepped up and helped me even more so than most family members would but Ted upsold me again on a bigger badder rv. I’m glad they don’t sell Lamborghini of Ferrari there or I’d be in trouble lol. Seriously though, Ted helped me and did things most family wouldn’t have till I got out of hospital. I have never had a salesman of GM of any kind go out of there way, even on their day off to help , like he did. When they say it’s a family there, they actually mean it and not just a bunch of bs to get buyers in the dealership.
I don’t usually do reviews at all because I don’t trust them and never know if someone was paid to do it or an employee doing it .I thought I would this time due to the level of service and help I got.
I looked at dealerships from Round Rock to Colorado and even New Mexico. I will never go to another RV dealer or buy from anyone but Ted . Period. It is so refreshing to be treated and helped like a real person and not just a number or a quota that needs to be met.
If anyone is in the market for an RV and you don’t see Ted at RV Station Katy, you will be paying to much for less and I can guarantee the service after the sale will not be anywhere near what you would get.

I recently purchased a Evoke from RV station Katy and I must say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a retail operation. From the sale s person’s knowledge of the product to the service department s camping 101 class, which was very informative and helpful since my wife and I are new to camping. The Evoke is a unique RV which is high in quality and very modern looking and we are extremely happy with Evoke and RV station. - Michael

We bought a new RV at Camping World in April of 2019. The sales person was Awesome at Camping World !!!! But that being said—the service department has fallen very short. We had some issues to address. Finally after much trouble initial problems are ok. Now we are having air conditioning problems. A call to them didn’t bring success so I called “RV Station!”
What a difference!!!! Our Air conditioning isn’t working and it’s August!!! We want to go somewhere in September. It’s impossible to get help fast on RV’s in the RV traveling season!!
The service manager, DAVID is just incredible!! He let us bring our RV right out for him to check HIMSELF! Who does that! He has spent time and effort! Let us stay here to see if it messes up and doing all he can now. We will bring it back here if we need more diagnostics as this place does care about customer service and getting to the problem! They were so booked up yet he still went above and beyond to help himself without taking someone else off the other jobs! We will be back here!!!!

I bought my Montana from RV Station in May and the RV hasn’t been a stellar product to date: however, the staff at RV Station have been great. Terry, the general manager and David, the service manager, have gone well out of their way to correct the issues and have always called me right back when I have had questions and/or issues. RV Station cant control the production line, but they can control how they react to issues and I give them a big thumbs up for how responsive they are and on their efforts to make things right. Priced new slide awning at all the RV dealerships in Tyler and RV Station was less than the others and RV Station price included installation and the others was only the awning. My wife and I felt they truly wanted our business. I feel more like just a dollar sign just down the road where you can are forced to buy a membership just to get a okay price. Will be recommending RV Station. - Nelson

I bought a used rv from here. It was supposed to have been gone through and have no problems. Well I picked it up and drove 9 hours with it and the hot water heater wouldn’t work and the toilet leaked. I was pissed but I can say that after calling them they called a repair guy got it looked at. Even offered to get us a hotel room due to it going to take a day or two to fix. So yes it should have been looked at and fixed before I picked it up but they did make sure it got fixed replaced the toilet. And really made sure to make it right even if it did cost them more mechanics in west Texas are not cheap. - Justin

We went to visit RV Station on a Saturday and met Ted. We had visited all the other big box RV stores and we’re not impressed with the salespeople. Ted, Kirby and all of the staff at RV Station, Katy are awesome. Our walkthrough with Jesse was amazing. He took his time and explained everything and being that we purchased a used unit he has taken the time to check up on us. Which is most appreciated.
I have an update to this post. We had some mechanical issues on the coach, and being new to the “glamping” life we called Ted at RV station. We were stuck in Lufkin TX and needed a Mercedes Benz dealer to help us. Ted took the time to locate a dealer in Tyler to get us back on the road. Mind you, Ted could have had the attitude to say, you bought it as is. But, he went out of his way to call the dealer and see if they could take care of us. The dealer did call us and took care of us and got us on the road to Branson, Mo.
I will always wonder if a used (new to us) big box camper store would have gone through this much trouble to take care of us as Ted did.

I recently purchased a Evoke from RV station Katy and I must say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a retail operation. From the sale s person’s knowledge of the product to the service department s camping 101 class, which was very informative and helpful since my wife and I are new to camping. I was looking for a particular Lance 4 seasons model about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the options I wanted due to in between model years so I decided to wait. I received a call from Ted Loney, the GM, and he told me that they had a brand new Lance model came out and he had it on the lot with all the options I wanted. It was a little bigger than I had originally planned but decided to go see it anyways.
I was immediately impressed with the Lance quality but even more so with Ted’s knowledge and professionalism. He sold me on it immediatly.
In what should have been a 2 day process, I had complications from my recent knee surgery and was hospitalized. So a 2 day deal turned into a 3 month ordeal.
In the process of being hospitalized and not being able to really function, Ted and RV Station not only stepped up and helped me even more so than most family members would but Ted upsold me again on a bigger badder rv. I’m glad they don’t sell Lamborghini of Ferrari there or I’d be in trouble lol. Seriously though, Ted helped me and did things most family wouldn’t have till I got out of hospital. I have never had a salesman of GM of any kind go out of there way, even on their day off to help , like he did. When they say it’s a family there, they actually mean it and not just a bunch of bs to get buyers in the dealership.
I don’t usually do reviews at all because I don’t trust them and never know if someone was paid to do it or an employee doing it .I thought I would this time due to the level of service and help I got.
I looked at dealerships from Round Rock to Colorado and even New Mexico. I will never go to another RV dealer or buy from anyone but Ted . Period. It is so refreshing to be treated and helped like a real person and not just a number or a quota that needs to be met.
If anyone is in the market for an RV and you don’t see Ted at RV Station Katy, you will be paying to much for less and I can guarantee the service after the sale will not be anywhere near what you would get. - Jimmie

Purchased a 2019 Jayco 5th wheel. The last week of October 2019. Salesman (Ruben) very professional and helpful. Service (Bill) did a great job helping get me ready for the road. I experienced an issued with the RV the next day at the campground, was losing power to the RV. Contacted Bill in service and RV Station sent the mobile repairmen (Cheyenne) to my campsite in Port Isabel TX. How many dealerships will do that after the sale. Cheyenne had my RV up and running in no time. This is my 3rd RV from my 3rd dealership, RV station is by far the best experience I have had during and after the sale.
